Refund policy

所有商品都是日本直送，下單後本店就會開始備貨。根據法律規定，個人進口藥品無法進行退貨或退款，惠比壽日藥直送無法接受因個人理由在訂單成立後的交易取消及退款退貨。

若是發生商品內容錯誤、保存期限過期，或者外盒毀損至影響藥品品質，我們將提供退換貨服務。

商品在運送過程中難免有碰撞，外盒毀損但不影響藥品品質之情況不在退換貨範圍內。我們會確實包裝，避免以上情況發生。

購物前請確認自身所處地區之法規，商品被海關退貨，我們無法退款。

韓國需提供個人自訂碼，印尼需提供印尼稅務號碼（NPWP - Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak ）

出貨超過2個月之後，將無法追查包裹，如果收到出貨通之後超過一個月沒有收到包裹，請儘速與我們聯繫，出貨超過2個月的包裹，我們無法協助追蹤和賠償。

如需退換貨服務，請在到貨後七天內來信至ebs@ebisustore.jp，並附上相關照片，將會有客服人員與您聯繫相關事宜。（如果無法配合相關退款流程和提供所需的郵局證明文件，可能導致無法退款）

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation Right)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return Shipping & Refund Conditions:

You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the goods to us. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

Refunds will be processed after we have received the returned package and confirmed that the contents are undamaged.

Exception — Medicines & Health Supplements:

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed medicines, supplements, and health products that have been unsealed after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Unopened medicines and health supplements remain eligible for return under the standard withdrawal conditions above.
